7/11/25 Worst service I have ever received the woman on the phone refused to give me more information about the problems I was facing and was extremely rude over the phone. Anytime I tried to express concerns she would cut me off or just give me a basic answer and not attempt to actually help me. When I asked about a letter I had to send to Tallahassee she simply said just send a letter twice. When I said hello she talked back with atittude as if she was mad I said hello. Snippy people who say "I am trying to help you" but are not listening to the problem they are "trying" to help with. They gave me bad guidance over filing sales tax and I ended up having to pay a significant late fee. They have no record of phone calls, although I do keep a record of who I spoke with and when; but they will not honor those conversations. They make a "note" on your account, yet you cannot access those "notes" and they will not send confirmation emails/letters.
Giving a second star for the service I received from Louanne at this office. She helped me and explained to me what was needed to be done about my Reemployment Tax Quarterly Filing. Thank you for helping me where others failed to have compassion or understanding. I am a young business owner and I need all of the help I can get during these uncertain times… especially before Christmas.
