I have spent the last 2 months trying to fix my baby’s Medicaid issue and has now missed his 1st and 2nd month doctors appointments because of this. The last 2 weeks I’ve been on the phone every day trying to get my babies Medicaid issue fixed and I have spent almost a total of 3 days on hold just to keep getting transferred to a higher level agent and then hung up on to start the process ALL OVER AGAIN🤬.
