After spending a LOT of money on a LOT of furniture (60,000 sq ft) they billed us a warehouse storage fee because we took delivery one week later than planned.
Everyone at BOS Is super helpful and they offer great insights, planning, project management, and service. This is the company you want to do you office!
Have a Haworth Zody chair. Bought in 2007. At another long gone store in Sarasota. No problem w chair ever. Needed arm caps replacement just now. They got a pair for me. These folks couldn't have been more helpful. Service exceeded expectations by a lot. Thanks especially to Chris and Diane. And BOS Tampa.
