Ordered a chest freezer, it stopped working within warranty, third party warranty company said they’d replace then they stopped responding. FRS jumped in, we had a better replacement within a few days. Thank you!
I recently ordered a 2 burner stove from this company, I also paid for overnight shipping, when the product came in it the box was heavily damaged and I refused product. I was credited for the product but feel like I should not have to pay for shipping which I was still billed. Lesson learned !!!
