Mara let my basketball coach, Brian Neuman into the exam room while I was receiving physical therapy to confirm that I was injured. This not only violates all protections of a patient, she also allowed for him to berate and yell at me while receiving care to my upper groin as a 15 year old.
I've been extremely impressed with Mara and her staff; they've worked with me on rehab following a total knee replacement as well as shoulder issues. The staff has been great and having the gym available is extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
