Please avoid sending your loved one here if possible. The place smells like old pee. The first night that we were there, the nurse was screaming at the other staff in front of residents and families. There were a few staff members who were nice, especially Abby. Everybody else sucked. The first night my dad got woken up every two hours because they changed his roommate because he kept overfilling his bag. The food was always cold, and the staff took over half an hour to respond to Call lights So my dad ended up having to go ... read more

If I was anybody do not put your loved one in this place worst people ever some of the staff are very rude and disrespectful and don't do what they're supposed to do to take care of the elderly that live there worst nursing home in Florence how pathetic
