They made wait in drive thru for 26 mins just to be told I had to come inside and then the black said oh you didn’t wait that long which I did but clearly this bank doesn’t care so it’s a no for me

When yall answer the phone, act like you want to be at work, or talk to the customers like they matter. I'm so sick of calling in Florence County and these employees are nasty and dont know how to speak on the phone. If you hate it that bad, find a new job, because you're failing at this one. Gessshhh!
