If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. If you want to get treated like trash by your employer then this is the place for you. The owner Paula is a very mean and spiteful lady. And her sidekick Robin will literally talk to you about personal things and then run to tell Paula so she has dirt on you for later. Happened to me twice. I have been with Florence care since 2021. Delightful small home environment, where the residence and staff love and care for each other. As an employee I found Paula to be considerate and thoughtful in ways other bosses have never been. Cooperative and helpful, willing to make any situation work. I would recommend this facility to any worker or potential resident. It's a great small town community!

This shouldn’t even be open still, you treat your employees like trash, you’re very unprofessional, you lie after telling one thing and then change up. If I could give no stars you’d get a negative 10.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Treats their employees and residents like trash. I have nothing good to say about this place but to take your loved ones else where!
