I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan these past few weeks when I use the Drive Thru service at Florence in Belchertown. Each and every time, I have had some small quirky “issue”. At least four times, I pull up and sheepishly say .. it’s me again. 🥹 Yesterday it happened again. None of the issues were the fault of the bank.
