This place is awful when it comes to scheduling they are extremely incompetent. I had an issue where the texting service texted me the wrong time and when i called an asked why it was a different time then i had scheduled they said they were right and i can either keep it or wait to be scheduled weeks out. So i kept it showed up at that time got there and they said you missed your appt. Best physical therapy clinic ever. Highly recommend!
I have had serious vertigo for more than 7 years and have seen several ENT doctors and physical therapists but by far Dr Pierce has been the best. I had given up on getting mine treated but a friend recommend I try her. She was wonderful, patient and explained the entire treatment and what each exercise was for and the results expected. Amazing results - I still have some issues but have been given techniques/procedures to do on my own. Flo rehab was great. I have been to other place and this one gives you their time and respect. Marc and Stephine were awesome. When I started there I could not do my regular routine. I now can, I have to take what they taught me and work it into my daily routine. Thank you.
Dr. Pierce is exceptional at what she does! From the initial evaluation to specific instructions regarding various exercises to be completed at home, I felt that she prepared me to participate in my own rehabilitation. I was discharged today and will miss the camaraderie and professionalism that exists among Dr. Pierce, Stephanie and Marcus. Edgewater FloRehab is THE place to go for physical therapy.
