This firm employed the neutral trustee appointed in a matter involving my family. Based on my direct experience, I found the handling of the matter disorganized and lacking in accountability. There were also several instances that, in my view, raised serious concerns about neutrality. I would not recommend this firm or Susanna B. Jones.
