I love this place! Anytime I’m in need of something, I contact the store and they do the best to help, and get the item shipped or ready for me to pick up. I’ve been shopping here since it first opened, and I absolutely love Flora Fresh. They have outstanding customer service. Jesse is absolutely amazing. He always goes above and beyond, along with the rest of the team. Just be careful when shopping in store for the one item, I end up with a full cart every time. I bought a bundle of easels and 3 of them are defective, the store has a 48 hour policy return policy, unfortunately I didn't notice the defective easels until I open and tried to use them, I asked if I could get credit for the defective easels and the response was NO. I am a business owner and if my customer is not happy or satisfied with the product they bought from me I give them their money or credit which ever the customer wants.
