Establishment is ghetto. Lack of consideration from HOA. Noisy. If you don't mind poor management, rent here.
Flora Ridge is a hidden gem in Orlando/Kissimmee. Great amenities, amazing location, safe, gated, and friendly. It is not too small where you feel cramped yet not so big where you are just a number. The staff is very attentive and the board is very responsive.
This place is terrible to live at. I was visiting my girlfriend and had my car on the side of the road at 1:30 am and these homeowners are always patrolling to catch people. The driveways have no space to park another car. To just come to your girlfriends house and have this headache of $180. Homeowners are rude and greedy for money. If you want a good living experience there are better homes in the area. Waste of a money to live here.
