Knowledgeable staff and collecting points is a bonus.
Love staff, hate corporate, dont blame manager.
The cannabis business is about educating clients in happy friendly way. Today Flora was pinging with the right staff-knowledgable, friendly, easy-going, easy to talk to, a few laughs. The lady behind the counter made me feel like coming back soon.
