Literally the worst loan agent in the world works here. Rude, unhelpful, hard to get in touch with, and living in the stone ages. Makes fun of people for where they live and what type of homes they have (our mortgage was bought and transferred by them). If you live here? Go to Chase or an actual bank. If your mortgage got sold here, get it remortgaged asap. These people are awful.

these people have know idea how to run a bank they are always causing issues with my cards and always making random amounts of money in my account go missing each month i swear on everything if you bankers see this change your ways of doing things because if my account gets canceled randomly one more time and i end up missing a payment on my school again i will sue

I went to the Police Department to make sure they had been informed of my problem with the fake bank over the still being charged for the closed account that was paid in cash last year. Plus I told the police officer that I thou $100.00 cash in the bank trash can.
