these people have know idea how to run a bank they are always causing issues with my cards and always making random amounts of money in my account go missing each month i swear on everything if you bankers see this change your ways of doing things because if my account gets canceled randomly one more time and i end up missing a payment on my school again i will sue

I went to the Police Department to make sure they had been informed of my problem with the fake bank over the still being charged for the closed account that was paid in cash last year. Plus I told the police officer that I thou $100.00 cash in the bank trash can.

Customer over 30 years and last year they wouldn't cash my tax refund because they didn't know enough about me. Know enough to take my money. Their debit card screws up about half the time. Enough so that restaurants have posted a sign saying "Flora Bank & Trust debit cards don't work!". Ask them about mistakes they make and they don't know anything nor why.
