Amazing job done on the install and joe was an amazing sales person.
Went into the store, looking for a particular tile and was greeted by Mr. Carlos. He gave me a few options. Unfortunate. He did not have the tile I was actually looking for he was very knowledgeable very helpful. I definitely recommend this store and ask for Carlos.
Visit Floor Decor regularly and they always exceed my expectations. Special employee name Donald (LADY), CASHIER at front counter. Stay committed and the same. Appreciate you and Jose at the pro-sales department. I always refer my customers to floor decor, knowing they are going to be treated with the upmost kindness. Finally, stay consistent.
This location provided exceptional support and service helping me repair some flooring. Despite it not being a big job by any means—we only needed 8 boxes of flooring for a repair— they went above and beyond to help when other stores were unable to because it wasn’t a full install.
