We purchased sticks and other items on April 14, 2020. After numerous attempts to speak with Greg (emails, phones calls and phone messages), he answered his phone in August. In September, he sent us items, but never the left-handed stick that we ordered. After many more phone calls and messages, we still do not have what we ordered and we have not received a refund. This week will be 6 months since we ordered and our items totaled $300.00.
