I had great service in the store until I needed to return an item. Unfortunately, the clerk and Assistant Manager Matt treated me as though I was being dishonest about being told the item could be returned, as long as it wasn’t used and I did just that. I had not used the item, it had only been opening so that I could see the placement of the spacers again the tile. They were too wide, so I didn’t use them. Not only was the $15 spacer return denied, but I was also told there were two pieces missing from the package.
