My husband and I stopped to pick up a big order of ordered flooring to deliver in mid-Iowa. We were immediately greeted by Cesar, and he physically assisted us throughout our loading, which took well over an hour. Good thing, because I was not much help in that arena. Cesar was a God-send. He was very personable and professional, upbeat and attentive. He is an asset to the company and makes a great first impression for customers. THANK YOU, CESAR, and to your two helpers.
