Everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. had no issues with my return or loading up the new floors into my car.
All around great experience as usual in this location. Doral is a great leader.
My wife & I are remodeling our bedroom bathroom & installing a walk in shower. The men doing our renovations recommended "Floor & Decor", so we visited the Town Center location. When we arrived & told one of the front employees what we were seeking to do, they introduced us to Jessica, a store designer. Upon meeting Jessica, we sat down at her desk, told her exactly what we wanted to do & gave her the printed list of items, including measurements from our " bathroom guys", which we needed, including the tile. Layout not user friendly. It difficult to locate specific flooring because no area is labeled for said items. The young man that helped us basically said all the luxury vinyl starts here and ends at the wall? Not a big help. Pricing is fair, didn't see any special pricing. Although the few staff that spoke were friendly. Was really just browsing so didn't hold up an employee for that.
Sally did an awesome job helping us find the pieces we wanted and went the extra mile to get it from the warehouse
