Great company. Very responsive and quickly helped us. Lovely and professional.
We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International - they are professional and do a great job, but the bonus is that they are lovely, friendly people too! After the carpet was installed we found a slight defect in the carpet which turned out to be a manufacturing flaw. They worked with us and the manufacturers to make sure that everything was fully resolved so that we’re very happy with the end result, even after a bit of a hiccup! Our experience with Floor Coverings International was excellent. We had an urgent situation and Ashley (owner) and Kyle (project manager) made it their mission to complete the job within a tight timeline. Ashley personally helped select options and seek products that could be readily available and would be a beautiful and lasting investment. We loved supporting a local company — it felt like kind neighbors helping us accomplish the task. I would highly recommend them in your floor covering endeavors.
Ashley was very knowledgeable and helped me understand exactly what was involved with replacing my flooring. I was given many samples to choose from; the luxury vinyl I chose was installed beautifully and everything went smoothly under Ashley’s watch. I would definitely recommend her company to anyone who wants the job done professionally and right!
