Flood Brothers and Patrick Flood are unethical in their business practices, and should be looked into by the appropriate authorities for their business practices. I am the owner of a small business in the city of Chicago.
I never signed any agreement with Flood Brothers or their representative, Chris Flood. I requested a copy of the contract agreement several times that Patrick claims I'm locked into. I have had to call several times to request the contract since they were stalling. When I finally received the contract there were two major issues; Chris Flood with Flood Brothers never executed the contract, and he met with a lower level person at my company who is not authorized to sign anything. The contract is also for a 5 year term with automatic renewal...which in the state of IL is not allowed, however, they still put it in their contract. I would never agree to any terms like these. This is a non-binding contact because I never reviewed the contract, never saw it until last week, or signed off on it. I would also like to mention that dealing with customer service here is the worst I have dealt with in my 19 years of business. You have to call Flood Brothers several times and they put you on hold, transfer you to multiple different people and hang up on you. No one calls you back until you have called at least 7 times.
Patrick Flood, "the customer service manager," is very arrogant, talks over you and is very unprofessional.
