Mr. Floersheim is not my lawyer but is represnting the other party who is trying to sue me for back rent and removal of a mobile home that was discharged in chapter 7. He knows it was discharged because I provided him with my bankruptcy paperwork and he still wanted me to call the company so they could work with me on making payements on a debt he knew was discharged which is a violation of my bankruptcy injunction. I arrived in their parking space-i walked up to the door and knocked as it was locked. I asked if I had an appointment thru the door. I stated no. I was told to call and make an appointment. ITS MY OpInion that they didn't need my business......
