I called to confirm day of appointment because I had to take off work. They said good. Called and cancelled on me hours before appointment. Said there was nothing they could do. If it was me they’d charge me but they can just do whatever. Screwed up my life hole work schedule and now I won’t even get treatment anywhere else because I already moved my schedule. Very disappointed
We love floatwell! Dr. Amy is very knowledgeable and kind! She truly cares about helping people. She has helped our whole family feel better and getting to the root cause of what is wrong. Also if you want to have the best massage of your life see Gina here and you won’t be disappointed!
