A truly wonderful experience. It felt like drifting on the edge of sleep in open space. A wonderfully and lovingly operated business.
This was our first time trying FloatSpa! It was an experience to remember as my mind, body, and soul was rejuvenated! I was able to relax my mind and affirm myself in the water as a Special Needs Mom of 3. I enjoyed the lights and music to spark creativity. This was super amazing experience to have an opportunity to strength my body with the float and also hydromassage and release all the internal stress that I carry . This was an excellent experience for a couple that rarely has time to connect! We will be back!
Excitedly drove all the way from Little Rock to Conway for a float appointment. I was both disappointed and irritated to arrive and find the door locked and the lights out. No sign on the door, no explanation via text or email, so I left. On my way back to LR, someone called suggesting I was late for my appointment and would be charged. I explained what happened and the staff person made it clear he did not believe me and suggested it was my fault for not calling them when I found the door locked. Definitely not your average spa. I felt so comfortable from the time I arrived to the time I left. I really enjoyed my jam session listening to my own music in their sauna and relaxing float pool. I am going back for a massage and hope to experience exceptional service again! Gave it 4 stars due to not know what other treatment I should head to after one was finished because the staff was occupied I believe but outside of that it was amazing!
