Great private infrared sauna and knowledgeable customer service. Perfect for cold weather!
I tried the infrared sauna on Sunday, it has helped my Fibromyalgia & arthritis pain and the sciatic pain in my right hip is much better than it was. Thank you Tina & Michael
Amazing experience. I went for the 1 hour float and, as it was the first time I had done anything like this, I was unsure what it would be like. Tina made the whole experience very easy, walking me through the process and giving me options to customise the experience exactly to how I wanted it. After the float and a shower at the private facilities, I was offered tea and coffee and a chat to decompress and talk through my experience. I am definitely going back!
The floatation pod was amazing . Deeply relaxing . A little piece of heaven . And so helped my sciatica. I be a regular visitor from now on .
