Tried to utilize my gift certificate and they claimed they closed. Guy was still sitting inside and wouldn't let me in to enjoy my visit. He then proceeded to tell me that they would honor my gift certificate if I emailed the other partners involved. I went and emailed them on their website, which is still live, and they are ignoring my emails. Immaculately clean facility, the owner was a really nice and knowledgeable guy. Highly recommended for anyone with body pain and/or anxiety.
Was genuinely excited to come try this out. Unfortunately things went downhill shortly after the session started. Wouldn't recommend this float facility as you can hear so much outside noise even with the music on. Not much sensory deprivation. Lesson of the day don't go to a float center in a strip mall.
