On 4 seperate days, i've made 9calls and not once was it answered, even after leaving a message. Tried again today and the message box is full.... Unfortunately, like another reviewer, I will be contacting Groupon for a full refund. This is a shame as the facilities look nice and i've had pleasant experiences with these types of pods before.... But with poor customer service, I cannot support... read more

Never picks up their phone and can't even book online. Bought a groupon and can't even use it. Will be reporting this to groupon.
It’s was an interesting experience. Personally didn’t really enjoy it. But the facility was clean. Service was friendly and they explained everything to me clearly. I got a deal on Groupon so it was at a very good price point.
I went in for my first time yesterday as I was experiencing painful discomfort in my shoulder from a serious fall this past Monday and today the pain is pretty much gone! Definitely will be back VERY soon!
