Had my first float yesterday, and it was such an awesome experience! It took me a bit of time to get the hang of the actual mechanics of what to do in the tank (and I'll admit there's still room for personal improvement), but by the end, I was able to get into a nice, relaxing headspace. There's something very special about being able to shut out all external stimuli so you can just be. I will absolutely be coming back in the future.
Very relaxing experience. The receptionist Sunday morning was very friendly and helpful with everything. This facility is very clean with your own private room.

I have started regular sessions at Seattle Float, and have found them so helpful! An hour of deep relaxation, a reset for my nervous system. So beneficial. The staff are so friendly, and the calm, peaceful vibe feels warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!
