Had a great experience at Float Seattle. The staff was kind, informative, and helpful with any questions we had. The facility and float room were clean and inviting. The float itself was a good experience. My only feedback would be to consider red light therapy in the float tank.
Very disappointing experience. The facility felt unhygienic, with poor cleanliness standards that made it difficult to relax. Some areas appeared unsafe (molds) everywhere inside the tank and not properly maintained, which raised concerns about overall hygiene and customer well-being. A wellness center should prioritize a clean, healthy, and safe environment, but unfortunately, this place did not meet those basic expectations. I hope they improve their sanitation and maintenance for future customers.
