My first experience at Float Nola was superior. The space and atmosphere is beautifully designed and everything feels so relaxing. The sauna is like a sweat tent on a room so you have the room all to yourself and you get to lay down during your time in the sauna. The cold plunge tub shares a room with your sauna bed. Genuinely have never felt better!!!
Did the full package , massage was the best part . Sauna felt like I was in a coffin , don’t know how bigger people fit in that thing . Cold dip felt great. The float tank was ok but I don’t think there was enough water , my ass and feet were touching the bottom . Friend of mine that also went had the same experience.
