Lydia was amazing with my massage, pressure was perfect and she hit all the points! Made me feel comfortable and was very welcoming!!!! Highly recommend her!
We had an absolutely incredible experience at Float NOLA! This was overall a very disappointing experience. For starters, I purchased the services online but their online booking platform would not allow me to book online. I called twice and left a voicemail and never heard back. I had to comment on one of their Facebook ads and reach out via Instagram before hearing back from anyone. If I could post no stars I would. Truly dissapoint and disgusted at the greediness and unprofessional attitude of the owners of this business. No care, concern or empathy for how I was treated. I am a truck driver. I booked the exfoliation and massage package in advance and paid in full. Once I paid I was not aware I’d have to either push the appointments 2 months ahead in order to get all services done at the same time. I am usually very busy. There was a miscommunication on my appointment time but Lydia was more than accommodating and kind. The location is calming and clean. The massage was awesome and then II did a float which I had never done. It was exactly what I needed after a really rough week. It made me so much better. Highly recommend and do a float, turn your brain off for an hour. Get a massage. Thank me later.
