My husband bout me a gift voucher in covid, we were trying to help local business out, but now seems like they’re not reopening, but no indication that they are permanently closed- what do we do? Keep waiting for you to reopen? Is there anywhere else we can use the voucher?! Website and Instagram still noting gift cards available- is this a scam to get peoples money by pretending you will reopen?

I have been trying to contact Float for 2 years now. My sons bought me a gift card prior to the beginning of COVID to use at Float. I can understand them being closed during the lockdowns but why is there no way to get a hold of them. No one answers the phone. I have left voice messages. The location is closed. How do I get a refund or use the service elsewhere?

Fantastic, clean, stylish, newly opened place has upscale feel with lots of promise. I think this is the nicest looking one in the GTA. Father, mother and daughter went as first time floaters at the end of the day as their final booking. First impressions were great with a nicely decorated waiting area with comfortable chairs and multimedia information projected on the wall. Water (free) and bottled drinks (paid) are available.
