Such a relaxing experience
I had a holistic treatment today at Float Lasalle with Ashley Dawson, holistic health practitioner. She did a 1 hour lymphatic drainage massage followed by a 30 minute infrared sauna. I left Float “floating!” Ashley provided me with knowledge, her expertise, resources and recommendations to continue on my new wellness journey. I am so looking forward to succeeding in my goals.
Excellent experience, wonderful staff. Can’t wait too go back again.

My first time floating! A great experience - very relaxing, spacious room and thoughtful set up. A friend treated me to a 60 min float session. Initially worried about feeling clausterphobic but the pod's opening, lighting and sound can all be adjusted. Ashley was very informative and attentive. Will be back next time I am in town!
