No showers after sauna use - unheard of!
I absolutely loved my experience at Float Lab Wembley. We opted for the float and infrared sauna package, which I cannot recommend highly enough, it’s easily my new favorite relaxation therapy. What truly sets this place apart is the staff; their friendliness is on another level, making me feel genuinely valued. After a poor experience at a different massage parlor, I really appreciated how this team understands that true relaxation begins with every single interaction.
We went last week for the IR Sauna and Floating session. Such a good experience in the floating tank, I got one of most relaxing experiences ever. Customer service was fantastic. I will come over again
I was impressed with the Float Lab experience. The lady who was working there on Sunday 28 September was lovely and helpful. The facilities were well stocked and I found the float to be relaxing and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend giving it a go at this location
