The Victoria location is much nicer and more relaxing. The employee spoke very loud and it wasn’t the best experience so I actually haven’t gone back even though I got a 3 time pass. I finished paying for the 3 months like advertised and they continued to charge my card without notice. Now I will take responsibility and note that I should have made sure it was cancelled but I assumed a 3 month pass was for 3 months and they would at least send an email afterwards. Nope. Nothing. The hot and cold is a perfect combo for relaxing and enjoying the health benefits of infra red and a cold plunge.Once in a while there is an issue with a staff member who is not always the most friendly, but all over all it is a great place.

Recently tried the 90-minute sensory deprivation tank at Float House, and it was such a unique and relaxing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Courtlen was amazing—he introduced me and my friend to the space, explained how everything worked, and answered all our questions. Very nice staff and relaxing services. I tried the float and the hot cold therapy and left feeling amazing after both. Only wish the hot cold therapy was a bit longer, 75 mins would be perfect. Free tea and lounge is a nice touch for after
