Well done! Clean, easy to access, comfortable, spacious, welcoming set up that respect the various styles of inner exploration through floating. Super welcoming, interested/interesting, well-rounded staff.
Heard about Float for a while and wanted to spend my birthday with a relaxing massage and hot n cold plunge session. It was amazing, it was what my body needed. Sher who did my massage was so kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely rebook with them again. The space and whole experience was awesome for my first time. My daily readiness on my fit bit the next day was 100 which I never had ever scored so clearly these sessions worked and my body loved it !!!!!
I play locally for the BC Lions and I’ve been going to Float House weekly for the hot - cold therapy as part of my recovery routine. Since I’ve been going I’ve actually been playing the best football of my life at my older age. Float House has truly kept me on the field and has me feeling young again. I feel so good after every session and I’m always greeted so well at the front desk. Went for sauna and cold plunge. Private rooms which contain the sauna, plunge tub, shower with bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and a robe. You have to bring your own towel or pay a fee. Atmosphere is relaxing, quiet and dark. They also have a communal area if you wanted to chill afterwards and have a tea. The only thing I didn't like was leaving my shoes in a cubby at the front desk.
