I had a wonderful experience here. Highly recommended!
First time to this place, I have done cold & hot therapy before only not with an infrared sauna. After I left I got home and noticed my face and chest were irritated with bumps. My face is dry and irritated. I was not told to wear eye protection nor given goggles to wear. After reading up on an infrared sauna, your suppose to wear eye protection?
