We visited float house today for my husband's birthday, however we both didn't enjoy it. The place seems a bit unclean, and the tank I went to also didn't look like it hasn't been recently clean as it was covered with Epsom all over! So the experience wasn't great because for the amount of money I paid, the standard was definitely lacking. The person who served us was friendly but wasn't too professional.. definitely won't be back and won't recommend.
Great staff. Loving the sauna room. Hope to try hot/cold plunge next.
From the moment I walked into Float House Surrey, I was welcomed by a calm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable immediately—especially as it was my first time having Hot-Cold therapy. They walked me through the process in detail, answered all my questions, and gave me space to settle in. I called for reservation and was booked. I didn’t receive email confirmation so I called again. Two days later just to confirm and was told to come 5 minutes before to fill out the form. I was quoted a price that was reasonable for first time, but when we arrived we noticed one hour parking in front, our appointment was that long, we asked and he said you could go down to Starbucks and walk back. The team at Floathouse Surrey are such a welcoming bunch. From the minute you enter to the minute you leave they always ensure you are feeling your most comfortable, and most confident! I've been here multiple times the past few months and every visit gives me that perfect reset that I need, and helps set me up so much better for the rest of the week ahead.
