Booked session one for cold & hot & one for infrared sauna. They said my sessions do not expire can take them whenever which not the case I tried booking recently without any notification they canceled my account which had 4-5 sessions left on it the support person on phone was not helpful and dismissive. No notification no email saying my sessions will be over soon. This place is a money grab & not even the best one in the lower mainland for wellness spas place is a joke take your money and get better one is better support ... read more
Had a great time with my girl friend smelled awesome when I first walked in people were so nice.

Highly recommend. Super clean and front desk was very accommodating. Definitely will be back.
Caveat: this was my first time. The actual act of floating is great. A wonderful sensation. I'll go again. The space wasn't really what I expected though and I know I can be picky. The staff genuinely seem to want to provide a good experience, so just call them the day before and let them know your wishes. For me, both the room and the water were too cold. Amenities are nice. It's just a bit of an odd space but they've tried to make it nice. Bottom line, good value for self care!
