I have a chronic back condition and just did the infrared sauna and massage and had more relief than I've ever had from a massage. I highly recommend doing them together to relieve stress and let go of pain.
Big fan of the “Fire & Ice” experience here. I’ve been here more times than I can count. Fell in love with the sauna and cold plunge. Haven’t bothered to try anything else they offer because I just love the sauna so much lol
