I went after straining a muscle in my back - and the relief and (i guess?) repair after a weightless hour was surprisingly good. Plus the magnesium in the salts did great stuff for the muscle ache too. Was so impressed, i went nearly every day that week and my back got better and better. Felt welcomed and in a safe environment for our first float. Really enjoyed the experienced and how relaxed we both felt after. Will be sure to go back when we want to float again!
