EDITED: I was contacted bright and early this morning, the Monday following my Saturday appt with a very nice voicemail from Daniel explaining the settings were not correct on the bed and issued me a refund as well as a credit to try the bed again! I am super impressed and grateful for her reaching out! Restores my faith that the actual product/service has legitimacy. Did the vibroacoustic waterbed! What a total waste of time and money!! Felt absolutely nothing during or after! It’s a joke! Totally cheesy!! The gal said the “energy or vibrations would come up from the music beneath the waterbed (???) what???? So there is supposed to be vibrations or energy and then they have you wear head phones selecting your own energy/music, with all these cool colors on the ceiling! Maybe having a gummy should be included!
Danielle was so helpful and patient with us first timers. It was a super relaxing and clean space. We tried the couples float package deal and we will be back!!
