Very calming and clean place. You won't find a better staff to help you with questions and concerns.

What a cool place. I love a good ice bath, and this is a great place for them. Very clean facility, well-run, and cold, cold water for a plunge. Looking forward to coming back to check out Fire and Ice!
First time ever floating. Patrick was absolutely awesome!! I felt welcomed and started relaxing as soon as I walked in. Hannah gave the best massage I’ve ever had!!!! Very clean and large room. They provide everything you need. They were very understanding of my last minute schedule changes leading up to me finally being able to get there. I highly recommend them!
