My husband and I had a deluxe float for 2 this weekend as our anniversary gift to ourselves. It was amazing! We enjoyed every minute.
Stopped by for a 1 hour contrast therapy session as we had time to kill before a flight. Very clean and cozy place! Sauna got up to ~155 and cold plunge was a balmy 48. Towels provided, room has a private shower as well.
Very relaxing environment! The deprivation float tank was such a unique therapy that I thoroughly enjoyed. I plan to try other services, like Contrast Therapy.
This is a staple in my self care routine. It gives me the time I need to reflect, calm my body and mind. Contrast therapy is a game changer if you want to try something different for enhancing blood flow in your body. The reduction in swelling and boost in energy is fabulous. My staple is the sauna. The pain relief I get from regular session is vital.
