It’s been a while since my first experience with this facility, but I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the quality of the float tanks or rather float rooms and the infrared sauna. I had booked both back to back, but it turns out you need to contact them so one appointment does not run into the other as it was the end of the day. Took wife there and it was extremely relaxing. It was our first time and we what to go again
I love the float. It really helps with my PTSD, anxiety and ADHD. I always leave relaxed and centered
