Had gift certificate and when I tried to use it the place was closed. Total ripoff
I had never physically seen Float before making an appointment and going. The website shows a sleek new age vibe that I felt would be reflective in the appearance of the location. That was not the case. When you walk in the front was fine but the person who had checked us in a child with them who had a scooter that took up most of the waiting room (and got upset when I accidentally stepped into it even though there was really limited space and not enough to fit all the people plus a scooter). After the change in ownership about a year ago, this place has improved drastically. The tanks are clean and warm, the environment is inviting, and the folks at the front desk are engaging and quiet. They have two single person tanks, and a couples tank. I personally prefer the single person's tanks that also have an interior light as well as stars on the ceilings. This place is excellent. I consistently leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The owner, Mark, keeps upgrading the float and recovery experiences they offer, and I am always impressed at the friendly, helpful service I receive there. Highly recommend!
