I have been trying to get ahold of someone from float . I was gifted 90 min float and never goat a chance to use it . Been emailing both emails /calling and no response..I really was looking forward to going there. SOO IVE SEEN REPLY TO OTHER COMMENTS BUT NOT MINE SO MY HUSBAND BOUGHT ME THIS 90MIN FLOAT THAT IS OUR MONEY , HOW DO I GET MY MONEY RETURN ******************************************

I have emailed them to reimburse me for my unused package and have not heard back. I just sent another email today and hoping for an answer.
I have emailed them five times requesting my refund since they disappeared and have not returned to reopen. I have still not heard back. I bought a package. I cannot believe the lack of response given it is a wellness company.
This business went out of business and will not honor accounts for existing customers, or gift cards. They won't return calls or emails. Do NOT use their services! Update: I filed a Small Claim against both of these owners. They never showed up for either hearing so the judgment is in my favor. My next step is to have them served by a sheriff. I will use both their private and Float Boston addresses. It is inexcusable that these crooks cheated so many loyal customers. Sociopaths.
