Mandy and the Flowellbeing team are a true inspiration when it comes to Wellbeing (at work). I met Mandy at a Wellbeing event where she so passionately spoke about mindfulness, yoga and nutrition and the difference it has made in her personal life. We have recently started running a Wellness Pilates Program with Flo Wellbeing. The program has been fantastic, very engaging and every participant not only speaks extremely highly of the classes but of the difference it is making to their fitness and wellbeing,
Mandy visited us at our workplace for a lunch time class. She was warm and friendly and we all immediately felt at ease. She catered to many different experience levels and her class was genuinely really fun and enjoyable. I’m very much looking forward to my next class with Mandy and her team!
Wonderful, knowledgeable instructors and educators. I learnt so much and took away easy to implement ideas on how to manage stress and maintain better focus on work during the mindfulness classes. Mandy is an outstanding Pilates instructor. Can’t recommend Flo Wellbeing enough for their workshops and retreats.
