I booked twice a trip with FlixBus; one from Los Angeles to San Diego and another bus from the airport of Phoenix to Flagstaff. Both buses with cracks in the front window. Dangerous. A flat tyre during the second trip. Instead of sending another bus in order to minimise the delay, a mechanic comes to change the tyre. Finally we arrived with a THREE HOURS DELAY at Flagstaff. Twice but not a third time. Flat tyre on 04/17 from Phoenix to Flagstaff. We arrived with a delay of 3 hours. I cannot understand why the company doesn´t work with several companies around the country in case of breakdown, towing. Windows with cracks are still running in USA, the " best " country in the world if we have to believe americans. It´s a shame travelling with this company, at least in the USA. Old buses, unclean toilets, windows with cracks which is a real danger. Unbelievable.... I can believe that the flat tyre ... read more
