Made an order through Faire with this company. Had an order of 12 items, shipping was $20.77. Company contacted me stating 2 items were unavailable and wouldn’t ship. They shipped 10 items and charged shipping almost $32.00. Faire stated he generated his own shipping label and not one through Faire. They couldn’t assist as the order shipped. He has refused to correct his error. I will refuse the order when it arrives and call my bank and request a charge back. He was unethical, unprofessional and rude!
