Completed forms online two years ago and never heard anything again until I received more forms in the mail a few weeks ago. Emailed the office weeks ago. No response. Called. No response. Chatted to be told they would call me back, nothing. Forms are due today and I still have questions. Really wondering if y'all drawing this out so you get more of the settlement and screwing over people who really need it.
