Power goes off with the lightest breeze. These people need to find new electricians and lineman to do their jobs.
My lights have been off since 6:45 last night. When you call Flint they won't answer. This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with. This month alone my lights was off on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 18th and the 19th. I'm going further as of today because this doesn't make any since at all.
The absolute most HORRIBLE customer service on the entire planet. Expect to wait on hold a minimum 30 minutes each time you call…. Not an exaggeration.
Today 3/26/24 very terrible experience with flint operator "Lynn ",putting me on unnecessary holds, secondary questions after being given bank Information, back and forth etc. Mind you this is an approx 20yr account and is called in each month to be paid, and have never had any problems with the account ! I had to endure this ridiculous person to pay them money. ! If there was another provider of electric I would drop my account today !
