It is horrible how they did my grandmother they told her she was going to get one amount and only gave her half of what they told her. And they wouldn't honor any of her request. And as a grand child seeing her go through all of that it really hurt me.
If you’re hired by a client you should honor their wishes as long as they are within the law and ethical. Especially when it’s part of the normal work load of the attorney. However this law firm only seems to care about getting themselves paid.
Absolutely awful. Would not recommend. No matter if you pay them upfront, they won't handle your case with care at all. Just another paycheck to them. Find someone else, not worth it. Find someone who cares.
I hope someone reads this review and really gets a feel for the type of services I received with this attorney's office. I heard this attorney to represent me and fight for my rights except this attorney is only willing to a reduction offer to certain treatment providers. The legal secretary named Jay also request and send information to the wrong segregation for my private insurance company. That cause delay in my case.
