Terrible service, they automate letters that are fired off more frequently (including fee hikes) than their "7 day payment window" allows in writing in the letters. I first corrected Flint Bishop before the first letter was even sent (they email too) correcting their balance they wanted to collect. Dispute contacting them over 4 times and more letters/emails they have not acted upon the very first communications I had with them explaining the total they had was inaccurate as a credit that had already been applied to the acco... read more
