We had a loan here a couple of years ago that my husband paid religiously. We now was wanting to apply for another, he's called 3 times and they promised to call back, she didn't. He called this am and she said call back in 20 min. Now no answer. What a shoddy way to do business. I'll be sure to tell my friends to go elsewhere.
Totally disrespected , I over paid the payoff and they refused payment because the can not make change or issue a difference check. I even went as far as to say that they could keep the difference . Then I was talked to like I am a child about how it was my responsibility to get a payoff that was less. Then wanted payment after refusing my check. Very disappointed and confused , I have never heard of a bank or lender refusing money.
