Went into Flight Centre Castle Hill today and was assisted by Izzy. I was interested in booking a cruise and, as it was my first time cruising, I had lots of questions. Izzy found the perfect cruise to match the dates I had in mind and took the time to explain everything — from what’s included to the activities on board. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be in touch again for my next holiday.

This place does not even deserve a 1 star ! Stay away from this Place ! MANUELA PALUCCI doesn’t know what she doing ! She rushed to go home , booked my hotel over 3.5k and my flight 3.5k , made me paid without even check my passport only valid 4 months ! She did nothing when i can’t onboard the flight day ( which was my sons birthday ) , i had to contact flight to change dates few hours before onboard time .
