ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!! Hands down one of the WORST rental experiences we’ve ever had. FlexWays charged us $1,500 without our approval, and the car seat they provided for our child was not adequate or safe. Completely unacceptable, stressful and shocking. Stay far away. Check every charge and document EVERYTHING if you choose to rent here. Never again.
They post cheap prices through Priceline but then don’t allow you to use your credit card for coverage or private car insurance and force you to buy their insurance which costs 3-4 times what you had paid for the car. If this happens just call Priceline and complain, and Priceline will refund you.
Horrible service they are off the airport. No one answers the phone. And they cancel reservations without any notice phone call or email.
I read the reviews and gave them a try! NEVER AGAIN!! They cancelled my reservation and they refused to refund me. I’ll never use them again nor BOOKING.com.
SCAM. As other reviews mention, this company is a scam. They hook you with the cheap price, and then wait until your stuff is literally in the car and you’re there to let you know there is a mandatory insurance policy (your credit card doesn’t matter). In my case it was an extra $968 - you read that right. They started to negotiate but at that point I felt so taken advantage of.
