They post cheap prices through Priceline but then don’t allow you to use your credit card for coverage or private car insurance and force you to buy their insurance which costs 3-4 times what you had paid for the car. If this happens just call Priceline and complain, and Priceline will refund you.
Horrible service they are off the airport. No one answers the phone. And they cancel reservations without any notice phone call or email.
I read the reviews and gave them a try! NEVER AGAIN!! They cancelled my reservation and they refused to refund me. I’ll never use them again nor BOOKING.com.
SCAM. As other reviews mention, this company is a scam. They hook you with the cheap price, and then wait until your stuff is literally in the car and you’re there to let you know there is a mandatory insurance policy (your credit card doesn’t matter). ABSOLUTE SCAM! Forced to get car insurance when I did not need it and had already declined it and prepaid beforehand (on Expedia). No brick and mortar storefront so I had to search high and low for their number online (really hard to find), then send them a message on WhatsApp, then some random man had to come find me in the airport and drive me to a different car rental agency.
